Guidelines for Corporate Governance

Marsh McLennan's Guidelines for Corporate Governance summarize certain policies and practices that assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its fiduciary obligations to the Company's shareholders. These guidelines are intended to enhance the Board's effectiveness in overseeing the work of Marsh McLennan management, which is responsible for conducting the Company's business.

Code of Ethics for the CEO and Senior Financial Officers

 

Marsh McLennan has adopted a Code of Ethics for the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Financial Officers, which applies to our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. This Code of Ethics can be viewed here.
