Rafa is a partner emeritus of the firm, based in Madrid.
After more than 25 years of dedicated service to the firm and our clients, he has retired from full-time consulting. He now focuses on mentoring colleagues and selectively advising senior clients around the world.
Throughout his consulting career, Rafa primarily focused on the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors, supporting major industry players in more than 20 countries. He also led the firm's global CMT practice for 10 years, among other significant roles.
Rafa has directed extensive work in strategy, performance transformation, operational efficiency, and investment assessment. He brings a unique blend of industry expertise, strategic insight and a personal touch.

Rafa holds an MSc in engineering and an MBA. He is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, proficient in French, and has working knowledge of German and Mandarin.
Outside of work, he loves music, cars, books, movies, food, investing, travel, and, above all, enjoying life. Rafa is a devoted husband, a proud father, and a dedicated family man.
